So, why The Lamplight?
Creating an atmosphere of safety is paramount to the work we do – empowering people to shine and radiate – whilst also supporting and assisting in the process of awareness which can help to flag areas of behaviour at work that hold us back, impact ourselves or others negatively and often result in poor outcomes and performance.
“There has been a miners’ lamp on my hearth for decades now. It is a nod to both my heritage and family history. One day, while planning the vital work I was founding the business around, my eye settled on the copper lamp, and all at once it was obvious.
Miners’ lamps were designed with both light and safety in mind, they were also used to give advance warning of unsafe environments, indicating dangers or risks.

Lamps were also used to explore new, unchartered paths. Our work with both individuals and organisations often means addressing new areas around culture, organisational design, behaviour, trust and implementing unfamiliar initiatives or interventions. In these scenarios we use our experience and expertise to light the way, guiding, facilitating and advising, where appropriate.
