Culture has been one of those words much thrown around and overused in business for the past few years. It has gained a bad reputation for some, in that it’s been used by organisations as a tick box exercise, once the words have been scrawled on the office walls of course!
The best definition of culture that we’ve seen is simply “it’s the way we do things around here”. It’s so much more than a mission statement and some values and it’s often difficult to design, implement, measure and sustain.
