Hello, I’m Annabel

I’m passionate about enabling people to change their lives at work. Seeing people grow, develop and thrive is an absolute joy; enabling that process is a real privilege.

For over twenty years, I’ve co-founded and led businesses in cybersecurity. The experience of building teams, positively transforming organisations & growing in my own leadership ignited the spark for me that eventually lit The Lamplight.

I have a voracious appetite for self-learning and development, always curious to know more, be more effective & challenged on how best to implement new information, initiatives or strategies. For me, people are consistently at the heart of this.

The leadership path can be a lonely one. The guidance, mentoring and support that I’ve received along the way has helped shift and change my outlook, behaviours and leadership, while also giving me a network of like-minded people. I have in turn seen how development can change behaviours in others and how that can realise better outcomes.

Over the past five years, I have studied at some of the leading universities to further gain and enhance my knowledge around both executive & inclusive leadership, in addition to training as a Professional Business Coach (PBC™️), studying Organisation Design & Psychology, NLP and neuroscience. This powerful knowledge complements the extensive experience I have gained in leading, changing and shaping businesses.
